If you've ever bought five ingredients for a single cocktail and finished none of them, this is why mixers exist. BarCraft is a mixer, not a ready-to-drink cocktail. It doesn't contain a spirit. You add your own, which means you pick the brand and the strength.
What's the idea behind BarCraft?
The label puts it plainly: the mixers are made to bring the character of a well-crafted cocktail to every pour, with a balance of flavours, sweetness and acidity that gives a smooth, consistent serve without the complexity of traditional cocktail making. The tagline on the pack is "Precision in every pour. Pleasure in every sip." Each flavour is described as bartender inspired.
How do you use a BarCraft mixer?
The serve is the same across the range:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in 30ml of BarCraft.
- Add 30 - 45ml of your preferred spirit.
- Finish with chilled soda.
- Stir and enjoy.
Spicy Mango has its own printed serve: 30ml of mixer, 30 - 45ml of tequila, neutral vodka or mango flavoured vodka, and 30ml of chilled water or soda, over fresh ice in a chilli-salt-rimmed glass.
For any flavour without alcohol, use 30ml of mixer and about 200 - 250ml of chilled soda.

What sizes are there?
The mixers come in 600ml and 60ml bottles. A serve is 30ml, so a 600ml bottle makes about 20 drinks and a 60ml bottle makes 2. The small bottle is good for trying a flavour or gifting.
